Rules and Regulations

  • It is essential to mention the category of awards, for which the entry is sent. If category is not mentioned, the entry will be rejected.
  • Ten copies of script along with ten copies of synopsis must be sent for every program that is entered for competition. For programs in languages other than Hindi or English, translations into Hindi or English of commentary/dialogue are essential.
  • The programmes can be in any Indian language. However, programmes other than in English or Hindi, should either be dubbed or sub-titled in Hindi/English.
  • A copy of all the entries shall be retained by CIET.
  • CIET would have non-exclusive rights to telecast/ broadcast the award winning programmes, for a number of times mutually agreed between the producer and CIET.
  • The Short Listing Committee for each of the awards categories shall first prepare a short list of the entries.
  • All the short listed programmes will be judged by a common Jury.
  • The jury will have the right to consider an entry, other than those short listed.
  • Result declared by the Juries will be binding on all the entries.
  • CIET reserves all the rights to change the rules without any notice.
